You will be joining a team based in Birmingham which performs a variety of surveillance tasks with respect to the Bank's Europe, Middle East & African operations, which will include Trade Surveillance, Communications Surveillance and Information Barriers Surveillance across Corporate & Investment Banking.
The role will also involve participating in Surveillance projects, including contributing to enhancement of existing surveillance scenarios, new products, financial exchanges and jurisdictions, as well as other enhancements to the effectiveness or efficiency of surveillance.
To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required by completing initial training in the workshop to gain essential product knowledge.
Working in conjunction with the Engineering Manager - Infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure Manager, Fire Safety Manager, Asset Performance Manager and Statutory and Compliance Manager, to support the provision of safe, cost effective, compliant, and efficient Life Safety Systems.
The role will also support the management, preventative maintenance, and inspections of all Life Safety Systems across the business.
Our client's Maintenance Technicians undertake minor reactive repairs and carry out planned maintenance works including regular painting and decorating, health and safety checks, grounds maintenance, gardening, refuse and recycling management and undertake regular inspections of the gym, ensuring that the equipment is always in good working order.
This role will require the job holder to be available out of hours for emergency maintenance cover when required.
