Job OverviewThe Systems Development team in Arm Solutions Engineering develops compute subsystem (CSS) products and SoC's for a wide range of market segments including Client, Infra, IoT and Automotive.
The team includes members in multiple sites including UK (Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge), France (Sophia), US (Austin and Chandler) and Hungary (Budapest)!Responsibilities:As Director of FE Flows and Methodologies, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our internal engineering flows that enable system design and verification activities within the System Development team.You will work with our Engineering Directors and Technical Leads to build and agree a common set of requirements resulting in a roadmap of flow development.You will manage a small team of engineers for whom you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and line management (including assisting with the development of careers, mentoring and coaching, managing accountabilities and objectives).
As part of this work, we utilize the latest IP products from Arm and selected 3rd party vendors.
On the back of this, we're recruiting a Systems Engineer with a complex engineering projects background to be responsible for full system life cycles from defining customer requirements, developing System Specifications, identifying and demonstrating relevant industry standards through to reliability, availability, and maintenance, safety and system disposal.
You'll be given the autonomy to progress projects as you see fit managing through a matrix system several design engineers.
