Main Responsibilities: Posting and reconciling the Banks Posting and reconciling the company credit cards Assisting with month-end tasks Management of shared Finance inbox Understanding the companies commission structures Posting Sales invoices and Purchase Invoices Monitoring and paying all employee-initiated expenses Assisting with weekly payment runs Ad hoc finance queries The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar role and previous accounts experience. The ability to work under pressure and working towards deadlines. Also having a good level of PC literacy including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Possess an accounting qualification or working towards an accounting qualification. This is a great company to work for and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
