Due to a new company acquisition I have an exciting new role for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work with a successful and scaling business in the Liverpool area.
Alongside this you will take the lead on the project to audit / understand their current IT infrastructure and then help to migrate them across to their new parent businesses IT systems.
Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in office and 2 days remote) you will provide face to face and remote 1st / 2nd line support to the newly acquired company.
I am working exclusively with a business based in Liverpool who are seeking a Customer Service Representative, who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers during service issues or faults.
This role is vital in providing first-level support, managing support tickets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
