Company leading financial services client is currently looking for a Systems Trainer to support on the launch of their applicant tracker system, CRM and Career Site.
The focus of this position will be centred on adopting the training packs, toolkits and videos to be in line with the regional tone and strategies.
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join our clients technology team.
You will act as SME for internal tools, developing and delivering training programs and simplifying complexities.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Learning & Development team to enhance training initiatives, focusing on the continuous improvement of training methods and materials to support organizational learning and development goals.
Purpose of the Job: As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with the Senior IT Trainer to deliver IT training and support to meet business needs, both remotely and on-site.
This role involves designing and creating training materials, as well as preparing and delivering diverse training sessions to all users, including firm-wide roll-outs, new starter inductions, and ongoing user development.
