We are seeking a Legal Disrepair Surveyor to join our team, where you'll manage a diverse caseload involving disrepair claims, property inspections, and technical diagnostics.
This role offers the opportunity to provide expert guidance, support colleagues, and occasionally represent the organization as an expert witness.
The role is to provide professional Building Surveying services ensuring that the council's public buildings, residential garages, including leisure, commercial, community and park buildings etc are compliant, and all assets are repaired and maintained in a good state of repair and are fit for purpose.
