Description Conducting development appraisals and feasibility studies. Assisting with property acquisitions and disposals. Undertaking project management tasks. Liaising with a range of stakeholders. Preparing reports and documentation for the Property team. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and industry standards. Providing advice on property-related matters. Participating in team meetings and training sessions. Profile A successful Development Surveyor should have: A degree in surveying, property or a related field. Proficiency in development appraisals and project management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
