The Building Surveyor will work closely with the Principal Building Surveyor and the Building Surveying Department to assist in the repair, maintenance, and improvement of properties.
You will also handle general building surveying duties to ensure the effective management of the property portfolio.
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties.
