The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys and assessments of properties to identify and evaluate issues related to disrepair and dampness.
Key responsibilities include inspecting properties, documenting findings, and providing recommendations for remedial action.
The Commercial Surveyor will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the lease agreement is being adhered to and the property is in lease state.

This role is an initial 3 month contract with extension available.

Tasks include
Managing works from inception to completion, including the programming of works and supervision of contractors to deliver on budget, time and to the required quality.
Initially awarded for a 6 month period, we are assembling a team of 10 enthusiastic, organised and self motivated individuals to work in teams of two in and around the north west area under the supervision of our senior surveyor.
Based in Preston and currently employing over 100 staff nationwide, our dynamic, proactive and growing business has been successful in being awarded a safety critical surveying project.
