Prospero Health and Social care are actively looking to recruit Support Workers to support a residential service and school that provides specialist support for up to 40 children with autism aged between 7 and 19.
The service comprises both a residential home and school.
This role will cover both the children's day to day life and activities within the residential service as well as within the classroom to provide continuity to the young people's lives, which is highly important to the students at the school.
This would suit a Support Worker with experience of working in either a care or special needs environment, but not essential as all training is provided.
Academics are recruiting for Support Workers to join a residential home adjoined to a special needs school in Lymington.
They offer term time contracts (38 weeks a year) or full-time, 52 weeks a year as the residential home is open in the school holidays.
Successful candidates should be confident in supporting pupils 1:1, this involves working with pupils with speech & language needs as well as social, emotional communication needs.
We are looking for positive and flexible Teaching Assistants in and around Lymington, to join our team of Teaching/Support Staff to carry out daily supply, short term, long term and permanent contracts.
You should also be willing to work across the classroom in supporting all children.
