The client is supporting individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse and offers service users the opportunity to move on and live fulfilled, safe lives following the trauma they've experienced.
We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to provide person-centred care and support to our services users.
You are expected to collaborate with the Social Services and other stakeholders including the Area Manager to ensure that the highest care standards are met.
You will be based in vibrant, multi-cultural Poplar and be responsible along with the Registered Manager for the operational management and quality of the service, consisting of 40 clients, each living in their own flat.
This role will also include working at our post office counters.
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (From 6:00am), afternoons, late evenings (Unil 10:00pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Learning Support Assistants to work in primary, secondary and SEN schools across the Maidstone and Medway areas.
