General
Based at our Telephone Operations hub in Edinburgh, the Performance & Engagement Support Specialist works closely with the Performance & Engagement Manager to support them with the day to day needs of our interviewing pool.
In addition, they will be expected to collaborate with and foster productive relationships with colleagues across the wider contact centre.

Supporting one of our clients based from the site in Edinburgh, day-to-day activities will include resolving a wide variety of desktop software and hardware incidents and service requests, while minimising disruption and providing first-class customer Service.
Must already hold SC Security Clearance
