I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join the team working with a local care provider in Southampton that supports adults and children with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Autism.
Your new company
The role is for 40 hours a week and has a variety of 8-hour shifts that can include earlies, mid shifts, lates as well as sleep ins if required.
We are recruiting for a Regional Support Worker to help care for people in their own homes across the Southampton area, who have a variety of complex needs including Spinal Injury, Brain Injury & Mental health so experience working in a similar environment is crucial.
You will join an inclusive, supportive team of Support Workers that works well together, to provide care to people with brain injuries.
Shift Pattern: Every Sunday 09:00am - 17:00pm be willing and have availability to cover holiday/sickness
Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based within a commutable distance to Southampton.
