Our employee and customer centric client, based in Lincoln, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday (3 different shift patterns between the hours or 8am-6pm).
As IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing system to support to a range of professional end users, raising support tickets, assessing the issue and assisting to resolution, escalating any issues that need further investigation, working with the development team to aid resolution, keeping your customer updated.
To be considered for the role of IT Support Analyst, you will be a graduate, ideally in an IT related subject but other business related degrees will be considered, you will also have work-based customer service experience either telephone based or face to face, you will have excellent listening and communication skills and will be looking to establish a career in the IT support sector.
