As a support worker you will find yourself working in a variety of settings, including people's own homes, in health and social care settings such as supported living services or care homes, and out in the community.
For this role you will be working in the (location) area as a child support worker.
You will be required to support people with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs.
We are recruiting for a SEN Support role working with children with SEN 12-16 year old's.
We are looking for a caring, kind and passionate person who will nurture and support their students.
