Your New Role As Payroll Administrator: Working as part of a team, reporting to the Payroll Supervisor and Head of Payroll you will deal with high volume weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls, therefore you will ideally have previous experience of working within a similar role within bureau/umbrella/accountancy environments together with knowledge of Paycircle or IRIS (Star) payroll software (training provided). You will be responsible for full end to end payrolls on behalf of your clients and be passionate about providing an excellent payroll service and support to your colleagues, possessing a good attention to detail. Day to Day Duties : Small and high volume payroll processing duties processing c 250 employees via 70 client payrolls weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls dealing with your own client payrolls Setting up of new client payrolls including PAYE Processing payrolls via IRIS (Star) and Paycircle software - experience desirable (training provided) RTI submissions Assisting with BACS transmissions Some awareness of CIS ideally FPS/EPS P45's/P46's/P60's/ P11D SMP/SSP, EPS returns HMRC queries and client liaison Liaison over the telephone and email Able to check system calculations by manually calculating, tax and National Insurance, loans etc Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply: Ideally you will have c 2yrs previous payroll experience within bureau/umbrella/accountancy or related experience within a similar role Full end to end payroll processing experience Strong client liaison skills Knowledge of IRIS (Star) and Paycircle payroll (or similar system) - training provided This vacancy is being handled by Vanessa Mathew, Executive Consultant, Kenton Black Finance Kenton Black Finance operate across the UK as a market leading recruitment partner, specialising in the attraction of finance talent across both permanent and interim requirements.
