We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Children Support Workers to join our team.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with mental health challenges and challenging behaviours in a residential setting.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other staff to create a nurturing and safe environment that promotes emotional, social, and educational development.
As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for individuals who may have a learning disability, mental health needs and/or a physical disability.
Providing respectful, practical and emotional support with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties.
We are looking for respectful, warm and resourceful individuals to work in our service in Fazakerley, Liverpool, supporting service users living in their own apartments.
To be responsible for providing practical and social support for children, young people and families.
To contribute to the delivery of an effective Children's Social Care Service as part of a Departmental team continuously improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
This includes contributing to care packages, recognising serious risk, promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people to make informed decisions.
