The Role

Duties of the Resource/Support Officer will include
Accompany the Social Worker to meetings and visits with service users and/or their carers, often away from the workplace and in the service users homes.
We provide personalised outcome based support to enable individuals with significant care and support needs to live safely, happily and successfully in the community.
We provide community based registered care services for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex care needs.
Our focus is to fill the gaps in accommodation and support provision for uniquely complex and challenging individuals by taking a fresh perspective to their support needs.
