The Supporter Services Officer will be part of a busy team delivering an outstanding multi-channel contact service to existing and potential supporters and donors.
Also helping to manage, oversee, and act as a main point of contact for the daily operations of several tasks.
Working in the National Data and Analytics team to provide general admin support as well as managing incoming tickets/requests/incidents and helping to manage/allocate work within the team.
This role is primarily administrative in nature, but there is a possibility for the successful applicant to train and develop within the team.
