For the past 20 years we've been building awesome software that connects all parts of the business - from marketplace, eCommerce and EPOS integrations such as Amazon FBA, eBay, Magento, BigCommerce, EKM, Shopify and many more, to direct integrations with the likes of DPD, Royal Mail Click & Drop and MetaPack.
You will provide outstanding technical support for our software products, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-tier customer service.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Officer to join our Service Desk team.
You will be busy providing administrative support for the overall management of the office environment, as well as to the senior management team.

The Commissioner Relationship Manager sits within the Service Development Team and is primarily responsible as the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received in relation to existing services.
The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to manage their void properties within their allocated region.

25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
