Our client, a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, are seeking Customer Support Executives to support the growth of their business.
Your responsibilities will include validating invoices, addressing queries, facilitating contract transfers, and promptly handling complaints to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
As a Customer Operations Executive, you'll contribute to the support of a portfolio of B2B clients in the Energy and Water sectors.
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers.
This role provides break-fix support 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with occasional requirements for pre-agreed work to be carried out outside of these hours.
The postholder will act as a mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues and preventative maintenance in a timely fashion, to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
