Job Brief: A well-established business based in central Nottingham are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team. As a Customer Support Administrator you will be responsible for processing permits, part management and subcontractor management in relation to delivering our customers scheduled activities. Communicating via customer portals, email and telephone. Duties Include: Planning, scheduling and administration - once Engineers have attended jobs, case management system and the client's portals need updating so an invoice can be produced and circulated to the client Subcontractor Management: Issuing all PO's to subcontractors for all call types Obtaining and managing scheduled appointments via planner and updating customer portals Confirming appointment dates still to be achieved with all planned appointments, 24 - 48 hours prior to attendance Chasing of all attendances via open calls report Chasing of all paperwork following visit Processing of all paperwork in call and saving documentations in CASH cabinet Part Ordering: Ordering of all parts as per grid management and requests Permit Management: Processing new and/or existing permits via the required method i.e. online portal, documentation Managing permit status and review as required, taking necessary action Any escort and isolation requests processed as part of permit Approved status managed through to engineering - advising engineer approved date and providing documentation Declined status managed through via re-submission and to approval As the Customer Support Administrator you will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email and have good knowledge of administrative procedures. In return you will be offered a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch; this is fully office based. Also, you will be offered 20 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays rising by one day per each year of service up to 25 days.

Help to deliver flexible, quality, timely and measurable protective services which meet the prevailing risks. Provide effective advice and support the escalation service for the Protective Services team. Develop and deliver training and testing for the Protective Services and Life Safety teams and others to skill them to respond to related incidents. Support Global Security to manage counter terrorism preparedness or events, and travel security incidents. 4 Administration and Compliance Deliver timely and accurate reports, testing and documentation to Protective Services Manager Deliver contracted service hours in line with SLA/KPI Administrate the guarding service with the maximum effect for the minimum investment. Manage delivery of performance, testing and KPI outcomes and plan and present occasional performance meetings for Capital One. Support delivery against contract terms, third party, regulatory and compliance requirements. Be aware of, and seek guidance around, new security risks, trends, regulations and standards. Contribute to training exercises. Support unspecified projects, programmes, exercises and duties as required by the Protective Services Manager or Global Security. Hold and maintain professional certification and licences as required. About You: Experience in the security or guarding profession with a knowledge of criminal and employment law. Required to be available 24/7 for security related emergency situations. Required adjusting schedule regularly and working hours necessary to meet operational needs.
