We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Partners at our esteemed client's executive search firm.
This is a short-term, 6-week role, ideal for a professional with extensive experience in executive support and a background in high-level administrative roles.
Our client requires a Personal Assistant for their Executive Support function for around 3 months initially, on a full-time basis.
Therefore, this role as an additional Personal Assistant will work within the Executive support team to help cover the full-time support needs of the Director and SLT, ensuring delivery of their Business and Improvement Plan, as well as supporting the Board and other meetings.
Role
Having seen an increase in the number of meetings, such as for the Board and its sub-committees, has reduced the dedicated executive support available for their Director and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
