To work collaboratively with the Head of Mayor's Office to ensure that the services provided by the team are strategically aligned with other functional areas to enable a seamless approach to service delivery and to continually improve policies, procedures and processes that meet business needs.
As an Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for dealing with client queries through various channels and administering their accounts.
Working as part of an energetic, professional and friendly team who predominantly provide dedicated support to Direct clients; online clients who do not receive on-going advice and are happy to make their own investment decisions.
You will be expected to deliver first class customer service at all times.
Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking a dedicated, dynamic and highly motivated EA to provide on-site support initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
This role requires a combination of administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's office and the smooth execution of daily tasks.
