Our client is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join the team in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis on an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for Citrix and VMware environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, VMware vSphere, and VMware Horizon.

The Project Engineer shall provide technical support and leadership for a myriad of efforts, including CAD drafting, documentation, support of audio-visual, videoconference, digital media and related network systems.
The Project Engineer will be wholly responsible for all technical aspects of an assigned project, including but not limited to the technical, physical, ergonomic, acoustics as well as the structural safety of a system.
This position reports directly to the Director of Operations, who will provide day to day management and support on career development and escalation issues.
