Trainee Loom Operative required for our industry leading Sudbury based manufacturing client.
It is not necessary to possess previous weaving experience although this would be ideal but it is more important that you are someone who possess a key eye for detail with the motivation to want to join a long-standing company and develop a career with them.

The role is split into two parts of line management and strategic work.
The Role
The Group Search Strategist sits within our Search team, you will report directly into the Head of Search strategy and line manage those within your group.
The team is made up of Trainees, Search Executives, Consultants, Senior and Principal Search Strategists.
