We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) department.
Annual Salary: £24,294 (£17,421 pro rata)
This role is integral to the ongoing development and growth of our school, supporting the delivery of teaching and enabling all students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Worthing by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
