We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Advisor to join our well-established international client based in Camberley on an initial 6 month contract opportunity.
You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries (from the dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues), by answering telephone calls, email and CRM cases, providing timely and accurate technical information.

We are currently recruiting for an Information, Advice and Guidance Advisor who can provide support to local unemployed, economically inactive and in work residents and help them progress towards a positive destination (employment, education, training or volunteering).
The role will be to support the UKSPF funded Employment and Skills Project- South Yorkshire, hence their will be a requirement to complete registration paper work with each resident and produce a SMART action plan which helps them to address their barriers to progression.

This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
