In this role, you will provide IT support for staff, be the first port of call for IT issues for the Bristol office and be responsible for the smooth running of the IT systems of the company.
This role will involve regular communication with staff in Bristol, the IT Infrastructure team in Esher, Surrey, staff members in the business, senior stakeholders, the Group CTO, local IT staff, suppliers and IT departments of third party companies.
This has included applying soft methods and stakeholder engagement skills to structure problems, conducting historical trends and data analysis to identify trends and support concept development, and simulation modelling and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) to evaluate options.
Our client has extensive OR/OA experience applied throughout the capability lifecycle from early-stage concept development to acquisition in all domains.
