DK Recruitment are seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client who are a leading managed service provider looking to expand their 2nd line service desk team.
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years IT support experience working on a service desk, ideally for a MSP but this isn't essential.
Experience/Duties
Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi.
Delivering positive and effective maintenance of existing Broker relationships to add value and achieve targets.
General
To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.
The purpose of the role is to establish effective relationships and business plans with Brokers to develop sufficient business to meet individual and franchise objectives.
Due to an increase in workload volumes, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service to join the team on a temporary basis at our key site in Plymouth.
