Reporting to the chairperson of the Product Governance committee who has SMCR responsibility for this business area you will develop business relationships with and work alongside Senior Management, as well as other key stakeholders, providing the support necessary to ensure that the respective product lines have appropriate and effective processes mapped to the firm's consumer duty requirements: understanding; interpretation; and application of regulatory expectations across its product governance obligations on the first line basis.

The purpose of this role is to lead and represent a Markerstudy business area's Operational Resilience Team delivering regulatory requirement deliverables via a number of defined workstreams led by the Group Operational Resilience Programme.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the ongoing maintenance, integration and continuous improvement of Operational Resilience within the domain.
You will have an understanding of how Operational Resilience standards, processes and procedures, defined by the Group Operational Resilience Programme are to be designed and developed then implemented.
With a track record of success, they have secured 6 projects in the past year and they are looking to expand their team to accommodate their increasing workload.
