Position Overview
Develop an integrated production & delivery strategy that gives visibility of the lead times & costs associated with our production and freight option, and ensures opportunities to take the lowest cost route to product availability are maximised.
For this role, the priority for the hiring manager is the manufacturing planning experience/production planner experience.
The type of person who will fit within the team is someone eager to hit the ground running, will not sit quietly waiting to be told what to do and doesn't need a how to guide'.

The Supply Chain Planner has responsibility for the flow of spare parts and consumables across UCC UK & Ireland sites; including purchasing and replenishment; control and management of optimum stock levels; and the day to day supplier management of product and logistic providers.
Fixed Term Contract until March 2025
The Role
Lead purchasing and stock replenishment activities for set suppliers for allocated spare parts and consumables including raising, audit of receipting and recording purchase orders and invoices on in-house computer systems.
