Duties to include: Chasing orders using a purchase order number Recording notes against the expected delivery/timescale etc. Chasing late/missing orders Administration as directed by the Supply Chain Manager Any other tasks as required. You will be maintaining and delivering high quality, comprehensive and professional support to our major asset management contracts with support of the asset management coordination team to ensure compliance, drive best practice, value for money and performance. Conduct supplier compliance audits and CJ internal audits Ensure all processes are documented and reviewed regularly in line with ISO9001 What will it take to be successful? We are looking for an ambitious individual with previous experience of working in supply chain management or similar role, with experience of LEAN working and process review. You must have strong time management and prioritisation skills. As a strong team player, you need the ability to work in a busy environment, comfortable with multi-tasking, communicating directly with both colleagues and suppliers, and working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage and build strong relationships, as well as having the confidence to use your initiative and manage your workload effectively. As a key team member, you will demonstrate confidentiality while providing a professional service, whilst demonstrating the desire to broaden your knowledge base and experience. It is also important you have strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with experience of using other Microsoft Office programmes.
