As the Accounts Assistant, you will report to the AP Team Leader and be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activity.
Your role will involve processing, tracking, and recording invoices accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with our client's European teams, you will ensure timely payment while resolving any invoice or purchase order queries professionally and promptly.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.

KCR Solutions are assisting our client who are based in Washington in their search for an Accounts Assistant, this is a short term contract, the term length is approx 6 months and is to start April 2024.
You will be matching invoices to purchase orders and updating spreadsheets accordingly.
You must be a confident user of excel and have had experience inputting large volumes of data.
