The Role: Raising purchase orders in accordance with the suppliers and customers needs. Communication with suppliers and customers, ensuring high quality service. Monitoring the critical path. Liaising with both the UK and Far East to arrange the shipment of goods. Ensuring the product details are correct and having constant liaison with the Sales Team. Working closely with Quality Team to ensure the products are to company standards. Developing and maintain relations ensuring to keep in line with the companies high standards. General administrative duties. Skills Required: Experience working in a merchandising/purchasing environment (ideally in retail environment). Experience with stock processing and PO software is preferable. Excellent numerical and organisational skills. Communications skills. Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Excel).
