As the Quality Manager it is your responsibility to oversee the technical management of our Fresh Kitchen and M&J Seafood businesses at our Bicester site.
We are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent, Quality Manager to join the team on site in Bicester, reporting to the Technical Manager, Fresh Manufacturing.
This involves ensuring their compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene and legal requirements through the implementation, monitoring, and audits of the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
As the Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the the management and resolution of quality issues within the supplied parts team.
You will ensure the problem landscapes are clearly communicated to the appropriate suppliers and engage with QMT's (Quality Management Parts) and supplier representatives at all levels to steer the problem-resolution process and challenge proposed solutions.
You will follow defined processes to raise Initial Complaint Reports and Supplier 8D landscape requests appropriately.
Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies and therefore, previous trade counter sales experience in a busy merchant environment is desirable for this role.
