My client a well-known college is seeking an experienced maintenance/repairs bias Premises Assistant / Caretaker to help with the day to day running of the site.
They are seeking someone to work as part of a team that can keep on top of and maintain basic repairs, this would be including the likes of unblocking sinks, replace taps, change light bulbs, repair fixtures and fittings and conduct daily maintenance checks around the building / grounds but also to help set up rooms for meetings, assembly's, open days, take in deliveries and any other such related duties as needed.
Working as part of a team reporting to the Site Manager you would be the first point of contact for a variety of premises requirements, providing building users with an excellent service.
