About the role Please note this is a hybrid role which will require attendance in our St Albans office at least once a week. As the PPC Executive your primary goal is to drive targeted, relevant, and high-quality traffic, and registrations through Paid Search Campaigns, working towards profit and ROAS across reallymoving and The Law Superstore websites to achieve business goals. As the PPC Executive, you will be responsible for implementing effective PPC strategies to increase brand visibility, generate conversions and leads, and optimising and scaling the accounts. You will work closely with the Paid Search Manager on all paid search marketing initiatives for the business. As the PPC Executive , you will adopt a test and learn approach, and a data-driven mind-set to drive results through the Paid Search Channel, working towards business goals and targets. You will report on and share findings and opportunities to drive scalable profitable growth. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing large PPC accounts (over £1m budgets), be an analytical and result driven Paid Search specialist who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. What You Will Own Reporting to the Paid Search Manager you will: Work with the Paid Search Manager to develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies for both websites, encompassing Google ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social to meet the business goals. Prioritise PPC goals based on data and insights, focusing on maximising efficiency, conversion and KPIs. Analyse and report on PPC performance metrics weekly and monthly, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth and reach business goals. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform PPC campaign optimisation and identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct regular audits of PPC accounts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Optimise ad copy, landing pages, and rank to enhance visibility and performance in the SERP. Act as an advocate for PPC best practises across the organisation, staying updated on industry trends and updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure PPC aligns with overall marketing objective and business goals. Skills, knowledge and abilities Hands on Paid Search/PPC experience - minimum of 2 years managing large accounts, £1m budgets from agency or client side. Experience with Google platforms and tools, including 1st Party data/customer match, audience development, targeting capabilities, and creative format testing to drive results. Experience proactively managing, optimising, and creating paid search campaigns, from keyword research to ad copy writing and reporting, combining strong analytical skills. Technical skills across non search-based campaign types, PMAX, Demand Gen, Display and YouTube Campaigns are desirable. Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Editor tools, and research tools including SEMRush. Commercial attitude with strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross functional teams to align PPC efforts with business goals. Proficiency in GA4 and other PPC analytical tools for comprehensive tracking and reporting. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
