You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and challenging behaviours within a residential setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of students in a KS3 / KS4 with additional needs, including SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) and Challenging Behaviours.
You will work closely with the classroom teacher and fellow TA's to ensure the students gain the support they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week.
