Security Officers provide and essential role in the security operations across UAL Buildings , the security officers have 2 vital roles, firstly they must ensure the campus is safe and secure for all staff and students, secondly they must ensure that a customer service approach is provided to all customers on campus, customer includes students, staff and visitors to UAL
About The Role
You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern night shift, between 20:00 to 08:00, 42 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the welfare of students living in accommodation as well as monitoring student movements, room allocations, general student queries and assessments.

Essential Criteria
- A good knowledge of student housing and regulations.
And social skills and participation in society YOS Officers will be directly contributing to youth offending service outcomes by creatively engaging young people who are subject to youth justice orders and also who are at risk of anti-social behaviour, crime, becoming NEET and substance misuse.
The purpose of the role is to manage a case load of youth justice cases, working innovatively with young people from diverse backgrounds and engaging them and their families and other professionals in order to assess, develop and deliver intervention and activities that support their personal

Where you'll work: This role is based at our Hadlow College campus.
Whilst we are advertising this post on a full-time basis, we would be happy to receive applications from candidates seeking a part-time (and/or term time) working pattern.
Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum - To be worked on a shift rota basis, which covers from 5.30pm on Sundays to 7pm on Fridays.
