To lead a team of Academic Progress Coaches, and a Student Experience & Transition Officer, in providing progression support to Subject Heads and their students.
To lead on the implementation of progression support with the purpose of ensuring students are fully supported to maximise student outcomes, achievement, and satisfaction levels.
You will work with individual students to help them gain entry to an alternative course either at one of our International Study Centres, or at another university.
