Starting as soon as possible, this hybrid role requires flexibility for both in-person and online sessions, tailored to student preferences. As a Specialist Study Skills Support Worker, you'll provide personalised learning support, including: Developing individual learning plans to foster independence Building on strengths and effective learning strategies Enhancing organisation and time management skills Creating action plans to stay on track Improving research and comprehension skills It's essential to address student needs on a case-by-case basis while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Share relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best service for your students.
