Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Procurement Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The sucessful candidate will be expected to come on board and play a critical role and crucial to the success in contributing to an effective procurement service for the organisation by managing procurement projects of low to medium value complexity and supporting larger, more complex and / or high value muiti million pound projects. To provide expert technical information, advice and guidance on all aspects of the procurement process to internal customers and to deal effectively with third party suppliers as external customers of Brent's processes. To work flexibly across all categories of expenditure and Departments to provide a resilient, professional and customer-focussed procurement service to the council. You will need Knowledge (please specify all essential criteria): . Expert knowledge of the procurement process, ideally in a public sector environment. Where candidates can demonstrate expert knowledge of private sector procurement, they must show some awareness of public procurement, including relevant legislation, and a willingness and aptitude to become expert in this. Job Overview As a Scrum Master in the UKHSA you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum practices in the organisation. you will focus on removing impediments to the rapid delivery of deployable products, and work with stakeholders to define and manage a sustainable backlog of work. The Scrum Master will actively build and promote an agile approach and environment, using Agile tools and methodology to ensure the successful delivery of multiple outcomes via multi-disciplinary teams.
