Role Overview: As the Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing client strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. You will lead a team of strategic minds, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and technology experts to deliver holistic and impactful CRM campaigns. Key Responsibilities as a Strategy Director: Develop and execute strategic CRM marketing plans that align with clients' business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges, translating them into actionable strategies. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities within customer data to inform campaign direction. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate strategic vision into compelling campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make strategic adjustments to maximize effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Strategy Director within the CRM marketing landscape, marketing agency experience is a must. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide the strategy team. In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and data-driven marketing. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders. Previous marketing agency experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage multiple client relationships. A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning. The successful applicant will also be required to go into the Bristol office 2 days a week.
