Organisation Design Data Analyst Join our client as an Organisation Design Data Analyst, collaborating to manage HR systems and data, for a complex reorganisation. Working with the programme management team to conduct detail analysis of counter proposals vs original design. Create organisational charts, providing data support for informed decision-making. Liaise with recruitment partners and HR stakeholders, overseeing accurate MI reporting. Ensure efficient progress tracking with finance. Manage the change control process ensuring impacts of change on cost, size and shape of the organisation are clearly articulated. Experience Required: Demonstrable experience in managing the data and systems aspects of complex company reorganisations. Expertise in HR systems, with Oracle HCM Cloud highly beneficial. Strong experience in presenting information and data, including ability to tell stories with data to senior stakeholders. Proven record of working in agile project environments. Strong leadership and communication skills essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, preferred.
