Duties will include
Responsible for receiving, issuing and distributing materials and equipment including House Services stock items, checking correct quality and quantity prior to storing, issuing or distributing as appropriate.
Responsible for the delivery of materials to the stores and to job specific sites utilising a range of university vehicles.
The role will have responsibility for Purchase Ledger and would suit an AP Clerk, AP Supervisor or Accounts Assistant with the ability to efficiently manage the day to day tasks within Accounts Payable.
