As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store ensuring management & leadership of the sales team.Your main duties will Include: Meeting sales goals by training, motivating,mentoring and providing feedback to staff Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers Update the team on any new store information & store changes Manage all staff processes including recruitment, development and training Managing and overseeing store operations, developing a routine Managing the floor and provide maximum profitability Ordering stock and making sure items are displayed correctly Conducting inventory and investigating possible causes for discrepancies Implement and maintain all operational standards including- rotas, stock takes, visual merchandising Promote and organise special promotions , displays and events Drive sales and forecast future sales volumes Experience/Skills: Strong customer service skills Management skills Previous experience in Retail management Ability to adapt to different customers Great written and verbal communication Leadership skills Strong organisational skills Working knowledge of Excel and MS packages.
