As a Stock Control Manager, you will play a critical role in the effective management and optimisation of our inventory across the whole company.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, special order products, from tracking and auditing to maintenance and team leadership.
This role demands a versatile skill set, encompassing leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, organisation, and keen attention to detail.
You will be processing the orders whilst liaising with customers directly in person and via phone/email and also assisting our onsite warehouse team with customer stock orders.
Working Mon to Fri with free parking working as part of our busy and friendly team who cover the trade counter customer orders received face to face, via email or over the phone.
Due to our continued growth we require an additional Customer Service Administrator as part of our Trade Counter to join our busy site in Camberley.

Reporting into the Stock and Admin Manager you will ensure the day to day functions of the administration department are completed, in support of the operation.
You will assist the administration department through daily pinch points, cover sickness/holidays as required, manage time sheets for each shift, authorising holidays allowing adequate cover to maintain performance, monitor and investigate Customer Service queries.
