Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Customer Complaints Officer to join our Customer Relations Team, which delivers our customer complaints service.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As our Customer Complaints Officer, you will work with customers, colleagues and contractors to respond to complaints.
You will ensure critical business learning from customer feedback is embedded within our operational teams and processes, and work in close partnership with Stonewater's project teams to deliver transformative change.
Our Customer Experience directorate are now seeking a Housing Services Development Lead - someone to facilitate the development and implementation of improved systems to provide a higher quality customer experience.
Contract/duration: This is a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2024
As the public face of our properties, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Hours/working pattern: You'll be working 15 hours per week, this will include working some weekends.
