Core duties and responsibilities: Will be providing administration service to customers, working to Service Levels with adherence to quality targets. Completing/checking and auditing casework and providing constructive feedback, coaching and training to your colleagues is a big part of what you will be doing. Will be expected to have engagement with our client contacts helping to resolve complex customer enquiries based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements using pension's knowledge. The provision of technical guidance to your teams is going to be important, providing swift support when required. Identifying process improvements in immediate area of work responsibility in order to improve output and customer service is also key. Skills, Attributes and Behaviour: A minimum of 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration is essential for this role. Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Will need a proven track record of quality, timely delivery and strong numeracy skills / literacy skills. Developing positive and productive working relationships with people is also essential. Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn a variety of systems.
